Vernon Hills Stingers 16u Tournament

About a week late but here it is, our 2nd 16u tournament of the summer. Great job this weekend girls, were very proud of you for doing as well as you did while being out of your age group. This weekend we learned that your breakfast is very important before a game. For example, Hannah Heraty hit 3 homeruns this weekend when she had pancakes for breakfast. Chicago Bandits: Champions' Village

I would just like to start out with how proud I am of all of you. This was a very successful week for you girls. First starting off on the very first day Kayla Konwent won the Homerun derby with 2 homeruns over the fence. Then all through the week you proved that the Ice was there to play and there to win going 6-0 in pool play beating people from Colorado, Nebraska, Australlia, Louisiana, and where ever the WCC angels were from. This was a big tournament and i hope all of you had fun over the week.

Just so you know i didn't make a video for Moline because it was really, really, REALLY hot and i just couldn't do it. Another thing I would like to say is that it's really hard to win a game when everyone in the complex is against you. So for that I'm proud of you for how well you handled it for the time being. Plus I mean your head coach is Rick Eklund.
